1. Nature of Services
Shuraim Online Quran Academy provides online educational services. Once access to a course is provided, it is considered delivered.
2. Refund & Return Eligibility
Refunds or cancellations (returns) may be considered only in the following cases:
- Course has not started yet
- Payment made by mistake (duplicate or incorrect payment)
- Unable to provide the course due to an issue from the academy
3. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Cases
Refunds or returns will not be provided in the following situations:
- After the course has started
- If the student changes their mind after joining
- If the student is not satisfied after attending classes
- If the student does not attend classes regularly
- If incorrect information is provided during registration
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests are only accepted before the course starts
- Once the course has started, cancellation is not allowed
5. Refund Process
If a refund request is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- The amount will be returned via the original payment method
